1. Cancellation conditions

Group lessons

- Up to 21 days before the start of the course: 25% of the course price
- Up to 14 days before the start of the course: 35% of the course price
- Up to 7 days before the start of the course: 60 % of the course price
- Up to 3 days before the start of the course: 85 % of the course price
- From the day the course starts: 100 % of the course price

Individual lessons

- Each training session lasts 50 minutes.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the lesson.
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the start: 50% of the course fee.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the lesson: 75% of the lesson fee.
- No-show without prior cancellation: 100% of the lesson fee.
Note: For packages consisting of several individual lessons, the above cancellation conditions apply pro rata per unit.

2. Liability

- General liability: The golf instructor is liable within the scope of the statutory provisions.
- Liability for damages:
o The golf instructor is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behaviour.
o In the event of damage to life, limb or health, the golf instructor is also liable for simple negligence.
- Exclusion of liability for personal items: The golf instructor accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to personal items brought along by participants.

3. Right of cancellation

If the contract was concluded online or off-premises, the participant has a 14-day right of cancellation (Section 312g BGB). The details are provided in the cancellation policy.

4. Other information

- Participation in the course is at the participant's own risk.
- Participants are obliged to inform us of any health restrictions before the start of the course.
- The course fees must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the start of the course.
